For 2019-20, there will be 10 events, and they will cover the length and breadth of the South East. The series reaches down to the South coast at Mile Oak and reaches as far North as deepest darkest Essex for Maldon and District, stopping at places like Buxted, Horsham, black cats, Swallows, Lea Valley, Wendover, and finally ending up at Bisley for the end of year blowout.

"Round one of the series was held at the mighty Buxted, and the course was set, the vengeful course setting leviathan that is Andy Simpson, and yes, he did ask me to say that.
Buxted is always a true test of shooting and the shooter's ability to range find, and if you shoot well there, then you know you have had a good day.
For Air Arms, there were some great results with Mike Burgess taking the vets with his Air Arms FTP 900
The Southern Hunters is a wonderful series, it’s shot to the same rules as the HFT World Championships and the Nationals, and if you have ever fancied a go at this HFT Malarky, it’s the perfect introduction."
