The Staff were friendly, approachable and accommodating. A great selection of sporting goods, game and fishing tackle. The fly selection covers all aspects of fly fishing from nymph's, dry, wet, lures and salmon flies. 5* will be back again!

Poor customer service. Man on the cartridge area was annoyed that he had to take out 5 boxes from a slab of 10 for some reason. Was overcharged for these boxes also. Woman at the main desk was lovely but just a shame the other guy had such a poor attitude. Could tell he didn’t want to serve me.

Absolutely brilliant shop - I called at the Leyburn store for a pair of walking shoes as my local supplier has closed. Gilsan had the full range in my size and I was so impressed I bought boots too.
